This app is an initiative by the Government of Chhattisgarh to bring citizens closer to the leadership of the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai. Powered by cutting-edge facial recognition technology, the app allows people across the state to easily find their photographs from various public events and programs led by the Chief Minister. Developed in collaboration with Chhattisgarh Samvad, this platform reflects the government’s commitment to transparency, public participation, and digital empowerment. Know Your Chief Minister

Shri Vishnu Deo Sai

Vishnu Deo Sai, born on 21 February 1964 in Bagia village of Jashpur, Chhattisgarh, is the fourth Chief Minister of the state. He took oath on 13 December 2023, becoming the first unopposed tribal leader to hold this position.

Coming from a farmer’s family, Sai completed his higher secondary education at Loyola Secondary School in Kunkuri. He is the son of Shri Ram Prasad Sai and Shrimati Jashmani Devi. In 1991, he married Smt. Kaushalya Devi.

Sai began his political journey with the Bharatiya Janata Party in the 1990s. He served as MP from Raigarh (1999–2014) and later represented Kunkuri in the 16th Lok Sabha. In 2014, he was appointed Union Minister of State for Steel, Labour & Employment in Prime Minister Modi’s first cabinet.

From 2020 to 2022, he served as BJP’s Chhattisgarh state president. Following the party’s victory in the 2023 Assembly elections, he was unanimously chosen as the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh.
